This place is really nice. Close to Rocky Mountains NP and close to the necessary restaurants or grocery stores. Most activities like mini golf, basket , pickle ball are included. There is a nice pool and 3 hot tubs. We had a little cabin next to the lake. Good gas BBQ available per cabin.
We missed a watercooker and some BBQ gear.

It is a wonderful place for family enjoyment. Loads of things to entertain the kids, and they enjoyed making new friendships at the pool, biking, bowling, etc.
With options including cabins, rvs, covered wagons, camping with food and amenities in one location, this is a great place to meet up with family and friends to spend good time together.
The rainy weather was a bit of a challenge, but we had a good time regardless.

I loved the cleanliness of the restrooms, showers, and sleeping area. The cleaning crew does and Exceptional job!
The door in Wagon #02 is broken. When arriving, we had to call and wait for a key. The door of that unit is broken! The wind and rain kept blowing the door open and it was terrible. Even when you pull the door closed hard, you can still just pull it and the door will open. My kids were frighten several times.
