Overall, the hotel was quite nice, but unfortunately the cleanliness and smell inside the room made the experience less comfortable than expected. When we first entered the room, there was a noticeable smoking smell. The blanket also had a sweet vape-like smell, which was quite noticeable even though I don’t smoke or vape. The pillows had an unpleasant smell as well, and even the towels provided had a noticeable smell. Other than that, the hotel and its facilities were generally nice. However, I feel that having a clean room with fresh-smelling bedding and towels is a basic expectation for a hotel stay. Hopefully, the hotel can pay more attention to cleaning, ventilation, and the freshness of the linens for future guests. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it definitely affected our overall experience.
