    1st time check in kt sini, walaupun parking kena bayar tapi ok la boleh validate parking di kaunter jadi rm3 flat rate. Bilik yg selesa dan kemas.

    The afternoon staff was very rude when we politely told them there was not any deposit mentioned in the app when booking. They only accept cash and we had to go back all the way outside again find an atm to withdraw money. And the reply we got after telling them “next time please inform there is a deposit “ their reply was “ that’s not our responsibility “ in a very very rude tone. There was no smile , no politeness or a basic customer service attitude! It was so shocking and disrespectful. I would rate the hospitality a 1/10 . The night staff seemed kind. The room and the stay overall was good. The shower was clean.
