Bad service by the receptionist, first when check in, I stand in front of the desk, the receptionist was playing phone and never notice me until I call her. When check out, another receptionist was look sour face, it really make me j comfortable with this hotel again.

The place does not offer good value for the price I paid. The toilet was clogged, the hot water for the rain shower was not working, and the Wi-Fi could not connect. These issues made my stay uncomfortable and disappointing. Overall, the facilities and service did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend this place unless these problems are properly addressed.
