    This is a serious issue that the management needs to improve. In the morning, a cleaning staff member entered our room without knocking or asking for permission. At that time, my wife and child were still sleeping inside the room. I went to the reception to report what happened. The receptionist apologized and confirmed that the cleaning staff had entered the wrong room by mistake. I appreciate the apology, but this should not happen again. Hotel rooms are private spaces, and guests should feel safe and comfortable during their stay. Staff should always knock, confirm the room number, and wait for permission before entering. Please take this seriously and improve the procedure so this does not happen to other guests in the future.

    The room is as per photos published, no disappointment on that. The room is clean, beds are ok, water heater and ac works fine, boilet and complimentary bottled water provided. Just that, there is no lift in the hotel. My elderly parent with knee pain had to climb 3 floors up and dow. I've requested for lower floors, however was been informed the rooms were full. Another note, the reception staff was a little unfriendly. Perhaps it was a bad day for him, but I'm sure that can be worked out. Overall the place is ideal stay for adults and family with kids, however not for elderly or handicapped with mobility assistance required. Hope the hotel can mention on the "no-lift" in the booking page.
