With its central location near the forests of the Rostock Heath and on the edge of a scenic conservation area, the vacation home is an ideal base for conveniently exploring all the surrounding attractions in the seaside resort of Warnemünde, in Rostock, Stralsund, Wismar, Güstrow, Waren/Müritz, Ribnitz/Damgarten, on Rügen, and in Fischland/Darß.
The property is located in Nienhagen near Rostock, with direct access to various biking, horseback riding, and hiking trails that lead right to the Baltic Sea beach. Horseback riding enthusiasts will find options to suit their tastes relatively nearby.

Visit, for example, the Ozeaneum in Stralsund, the Hanse Sail Rostock, Karl’s famous adventure/strawberry farm or amusement park in nearby Rövershagen, the pristine “Rosenort” beach in the nature reserve, the adjacent nature trail, the Baltic Sea resort of Graal-Müritz, Markgrafenheide, the Darß Peninsula, the Fischland Peninsula, and much more.
