This exclusive holiday home is located in a quiet, idyllic, yet central location of the Baltic Sea resort of Prerow. The pier and the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach can be reached in about 15 minutes. The house captivates with its exposed location with south orientation, its maritime architecture paired with a spacious and high-quality interior. The ground floor is completely barrier-free and wheelchair-friendly. On the spacious property (650 sqm) - completely fenced and bordered by hedges - you can enjoy all holiday joys extensively with a larger family or with your friends. In the house you have a cozy fireplace incl. Wood, a high-quality, spacious sauna and 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet and 5 bedrooms with partly private bathrooms are available. Overall, the house with its 190 square meters offers enough space for 2 to 10 people.

You only have to choose who sleeps in which bedroom dedicated to a well-known painter.
