In a quiet area facing Bøtø forest and close to the beautiful sandy beach you will find this holiday cottage. In the pool area you will find a 18 m² swimming pool, a whirlpool for 4 people and a good bathroom with shower cubicle. There are energy efficient heat pumps. Additionally, the house has a functional modern kitchen, combined with the dining and living room, and two bedroom sections each with its own bathroom with shower and heated tile floor. There is plenty of closet space in each room. For families with children there are also cot and high chair. Wood-burning stove and stereo with CD, TV, satellite dish and DVD player. The kitchen area is well equipped with microwave, dishwasher and freezer. There are sauna, washing machine and dryer. The house is located on a large plot with a sandpit and swing for the children. For the adults there is a full 80 m² open terrace to relax on. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
