Exciting cottage of 365 m2 located approximately 2 minutes walk from the water and approx. 10 minutes walk from Marielyst square. The cottage has a swimming pool, free Wi-Fi and an activity room with table tennis, billiards and darts. Cozy pool area where you can spend time in this room for many hours. Especially suitable for families who want to be close to water, shopping, the center and Kjørups Kro. The main house itself is divided into several sections. One section contains a distribution corridor to 2 bedrooms with access to the garden and a bathroom with i.a. bruseniche. Here a door can be opened to a spacious living and dining room with TV, pool area with shower, bedroom and guest toilet. Here again a door can be opened, where there is a utility room, large dining kitchen with i.a. stove, extractor hood, microwave and dishwasher. Living room with TV, wireless internet, German and Danish channels and game console. Bathroom with i.a. bathtub next to the living room. Stairs to the 1st floor which has three bedrooms and a landing / distribution corridor with access to a balcony. There are two bathrooms as well as a shower in the pool room and two guest toilets. Everything appears inviting and cozy with heated tiles via oil burner, partial ceilings for kip and some lovely light. In the annex there is plenty of space to play billiards, darts and table tennis. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
