Welcome to “Haus Ostseesprung,” a stunning vacation home in Bad Doberan that offers comfortable and spacious 200 m² of living space for up to 12 people. This detached property impresses with its modern amenities and family-friendly atmosphere and is ideal for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation near the Baltic Sea.
The vacation home consists of a total of 6 rooms, including 4 inviting bedrooms, which are equipped with high-quality bedding as well as plenty of hand towels and bath towels. The 3 bathrooms—one of which features a shower-tub combination—ensure there’s plenty of space, even when several guests are getting ready in the morning at the same time.
At the heart of “Haus Ostseesprung” is the open-concept living area, which receives plenty of natural light through large windows. Here, you can relax on the comfortable sofa and spend the evening together. A modern flat-screen TV with international channels provides entertainment, while games and books ensure a cozy atmosphere. The open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including an electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a coffee maker—everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The dining table in the adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for all guests.
A special highlight of the house is the sunroom, which offers a beautiful view of the garden and is perfect for enjoying natural light even on cooler days.
