SeaSalt Rest is a comfortable, self-catering guesthouse in the peaceful Poortjies area of Plettenberg Bay, just a short stroll from the lagoon and local shops. It’s an extension of the main SeaSalt house, fully private and separate, though guests in the main house and their pets may be present on the property.
In addition to the main cottage, there is a separate outside room with its own en-suite bathroom — ideal for two teenagers seeking their own private space. This extra room makes SeaSalt Rest a flexible option for families or small groups.
The guesthouse accommodates up to 6 guests and offers 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath, shower, toilet, and basin.
A compact kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and basic utensils for light meals. The cozy lounge includes a TV with full DStv access and streaming apps such as Netflix, where guests can log in with their own accounts. Wi-Fi is provided throughout.
Guests can relax in the peaceful garden with outdoor seating. Linen, bath towels, and essentials such as soap, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies are provided. The unit is pet-friendly by arrangement.

Guests stay at their own risk; the owners are not liable for injury, accident, loss, or damage. A gate at the back by the pool connects the two properties, but it remains locked.
