The en suite bath showcases a walk-in shower and refined coastal finishes. Straight ahead, a second guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a private bath with a shower/tub combination. A quiet study nook is also accessible from this level, perfect for those needing to work remotely while enjoying the island’s peaceful ambiance.

Ascending to the second story you’ll find an open and airy layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, crisp white cabinetry, and sleek stainless-steel appliances. Thoughtfully designed to blend form and function, it feels both inviting and effortlessly sophisticated. A breakfast bar provides seating for four, while the adjoining dining area comfortably accommodates six. The living area serves as the heart of the home, where large windows frame sweeping ocean views. Two plush sofas and armchairs surround a large wall-mounted television, creating an ideal space for relaxation or conversation. Step out onto the oceanfront deck to savor your morning coffee or watch the sunset with a table and seating for four enhancing the experience. The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. All televisions are streaming only.

The villa also features an elevator that is available upon request. For safety, the elevator is kept locked for guests who do not require its service.

Please note that this property has exterior security cameras that view the home's front and back entrances. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). This pool is unheated and open seasonally.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
