In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.
This Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental offers 4 bedrooms, 3 floors of living space, ocean views, direct access to the beach boardwalk, and exclusive entry to its seasonal community pool.
The villa’s main living areas are located on the second floor and showcase stunning ocean views. The living room offers comfortable seating, a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and access to the back oceanview deck. Fully equipped for preparing your vacation meals, the beautiful, open kitchen features granite countertops, plenty of cabinet space, 2 sinks, a wine cooler, and barstool seating. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with access to the screened porch and back deck.
The primary suite is tucked away on the third floor of the villa. It features a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, sitting area, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The first floor houses the remaining three bedrooms and bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms each offer two twin beds and private bathrooms. The final bedroom has a queen-sized bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower.
The villa’s second floor offers a screened porch with a table and chairs. The screened porch leads out to the sundeck with lounge chairs and soothing ocean views.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). The pool is unheated and open seasonally.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

First thought on walking in - this is a dream home. It was perfectly spotless. The photos online didn’t do it justice. Truly beautiful. Great ocean view. Very walkable. Great location to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Right next to the beach, very easy walk. Would gladly stay again.

We saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets at this rental. Right on the beach and spacious enough for a family Christmas. Would rent again.

When we arrived at the location the temperature was 80 degrees. I spent close to an hour restarting the AC unit and flipping switches trying to restart the unit. The AC guy showed up the next morning telling me the problem had already been called in. You would think management would tell you the AC is out on the main level of the house where the family spends most of the time together?
