In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.
This Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental offers 4 bedrooms, 3 floors of living space, ocean views, direct access to the beach boardwalk, and exclusive entry to its seasonal community pool.
The villa’s main living areas are located on the second floor and showcase stunning ocean views. The living room offers comfortable seating, a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and access to the back oceanview deck. Fully equipped for preparing your vacation meals, the beautiful, open kitchen features granite countertops, plenty of cabinet space, 2 sinks, a wine cooler, and barstool seating. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with access to the screened porch and back deck.
The primary suite is tucked away on the third floor of the villa. It features a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, sitting area, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The first floor houses the remaining three bedrooms and bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms each offer two twin beds and private bathrooms. The final bedroom has a queen-sized bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower.
The villa’s second floor offers a screened porch with a table and chairs. The screened porch leads out to the sundeck with lounge chairs and soothing ocean views.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). The pool is unheated and open seasonally.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

The location was excellent. Right on the beach, short boardwalk walk over dunes to the beach. Great ocean views from upper deck. Size and layout were great for trip with my husband and kids along with mother and brother in law. Beach was not crowded at all. Was very quiet and peaceful in the villa, no noise from neighbors. Loved the access to the bike trails and spent lots of time at Night Heron Park with all the great kids activities including awesome playground, Turtle Nest Art Studio, the reptile exhibit, and many free events this week including petting zoo, carnival and pirate escape ship. Only negative of the rental was cleanliness. There were unused diabetes test strips in my brother in laws pillowcase, dirty underwear with panty liner on the floor behind a chest in my kids room. The baseboards and floors are in need of deep cleaning. The carpet on 1st floor bedrooms is stained and worn. There were many cockroaches we had to dispose of. The kitchen could use some updated knives and a large frying pan, otherwise was stocked with what we needed. I am a total neat freak, my husband thought it was fine and comparable to other beach side rentals we have had.
