BEACHFRONT COTTAGE is an adorable and original island beach house in every way; great for family and friends. 5 Eugenia is a beautiful,cozy and comfortable place to be. Wake up to gorgeous sunshine, ocean breezes and an amazing view. Our deck in the dunes is an ideal place for morning coffee or evening beverages.The most beautiful beach on the SE coast! Come enjoy a relaxing and restful private beach spot!
This one story house has a two-level deck that faces the ocean with teak lounge chairs and teak outdoor dining table with an umbrella. There is a deck near the ocean on your own private walkway through the dune field. This spot will easily become your favorite! This beach house has very attractive furniture that is comfortable, cozy and pretty. There are four bedrooms with two primary suites. This property has 3 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The neqly renovated kitchen is fully equipped and even has all new appliances including a aonic ice machine and wine cooler! The dining room table seats eight to ten and is Italian inlaid marble. There are two large new sofas and a coffee table in the living room.
Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. Your dogs are welcome, they must be house trained and well behaved. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Kiawah Island does enforce a leash law. Don't forget the shopping and restaurants like Anson in downtown Charleston. Come enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay at Kiawah!.

My family loves this wonderful little house on the beach, and we all enjoyed our time there. The proximity to the beach makes it a very special. The house is decorated with many wonderful little details and the kitchen is fully updated appointed. Most of our nights there we had family dinners on the back deck - enjoying the beauty of the dunes with the sea breezes.

We had a wonderful week in this lovely, comfortable, and beautifully decorated home. The owner has thought of everything and it worked well for our family of 6 adults. We enjoyed using the great deck and direct access to the beach. Karen was a terrific contact and very responsive. We had a very positive experience and would enjoy visiting again sometime. Thank you!
