In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.
This Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental offers three floors of living space, ocean views, direct access to the beach boardwalk, and exclusive entry to its seasonal community pool.
The first floor houses an open living area. The living room offers a large TV, comfortable furnishings, and easy access to the screened porch. The updated kitchen features everything needed for cooking a meal while on vacation and boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, plenty of cabinet space, and bar stool seating for four. Enjoy the ocean views from the dining room table that seats six. Step outside on the breezy screened porch and enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail while taking in the beautiful unobstructed view. A half bath completes the 1st floor.
Ascend the stairs to the second level and find three bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a king-sized bed, access to an ocean view deck, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, access to an ocean view deck, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom features two twin beds and bathroom with shower/tub combo. The third-floor master suite boasts a king-sized bed, access to an ocean view deck, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). The pool is unheated and open seasonally.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

House was nicely furnished and decorated. Had great views of beach from upper decks. Neighborhood and location were excellent and relatively quiet although there were several units on either side of us undergoing renovations during our stay so there were several maintenance vehicles and some construction noise which was an annoyance.

This Duneside Villa is located in a quiet part of Kiawah on a beautiful stretch of beach. The unit is well maintained, equipped with most essentials, spacious, and clean. There are lots of stairs from the parking lot to the front door and two more flights of stairs inside the unit. We would love to come back for another visit!
