Charming apartment in the center of Como, located in an old building that has been completely renovated inside. Newly furnished with taste and style. Small terrace with a view of greenery, particularly quiet despite being in the city center.
The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator (about 60 steps), so it is not suitable for people with mobility issues.
Small attic apartment, tastefully decorated with particular attention to detail. Spacious, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, cozy bedroom, and welcoming living room. The highlight is the beautiful and exclusive little terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors with a view of the mountains.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Access is via a staircase with 60 steps, but once at the top, you'll find yourself welcomed into a little nest.
The building interior has been completely renovated. It used to be a 15th-century cloistered convent, though the exterior renovation work is unfortunately not yet complete. So don’t be alarmed by the outside—once you step inside, you’ll find everything is wonderful!
The apartment is located just a 3-minute walk from the historic center and 5 minutes on foot from the lake. Once you park your car, you won’t need it anymore.
