▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay ; do not leave food or debris that can attract pests. All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc.

Fantastic location and view. Spotless home with great amenities. Many deer hanging around the home but with that comes what you can easily track into the house. Communication regarding smoking outdoors could have been better because we were under the impression it was OK in the yard, then got a conflicting response in a chat yet there are buckets outside with sand in them appearing to be for the use as ash trays with cigarette butts in them from a previous guest. Nonetheless we respected the immediate space around the house. I would have preferred check-in/check-out instructions delivered earlier because I normally do not use my phone for interaction outside of text & talk. We did our best regarding check out and might have left a light or two on. But focusing on everything else, it was a great place to stay and we did enjoy ourselves. I would recommend this location and the host for anyone wanting to escape the busy life of the big city. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home.

The house was spacious and clean. It was so easy to communicate with the owner. The view of the lake was beautiful! We would definitely rent this home again!
