We arrived and were very impressed with the property as a whole. Alot of room and we had eight in our party. Comfy beds and other amenities. Sitting on the patio alone was a great experience. The deer come and go as they please and the kiddos do enjoyed them and feeding them grapes. The fire pit was perfect for Smores. We hope to return again. Oh and its perfect for relaxing as it is a very quiet area.

Overall great stay, beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Not far from town and perfect location for concerts at whitewater amphitheater! Loved all the wildlife that we had come right up to us as well.

Everything was perfect! From the kids room to the deer feedings! Beds were so comfortable and it was very quite. So much room for 3 families to enjoy each other without being on top of each other. Would love to come back!
