Charming studio with breathtaking views, located in Fajardo on the stunning east coast of Puerto Rico, just 45 minutes from San Juan. This is the perfect romantic escape from the everyday routine, ideal for up to TWO GUESTS. If your group exceeds two, we invite you to explore our second property with two bedrooms. Enjoy pristine beaches, top tourist attractions, and fantastic dining options nearby. Plus, you're just 20 minutes from the ferry to Culebra or Vieques islands!

Guest will have access to all amenities in the apartment, except for Owner’s closet which is locked to maintain housekeeping and linens replacement. If there is any special need, you may contact us to provide any additional item.
We will be available to answer any questions before or during your stay. We are happy to share tips and recommendations on places and attractions around the island. Just let us know and we will help you discover our beautiful Island. Self check in and check out for your convenience, keys will be available in the lockbox located right in the door of the apartment.
The apartment is located in a gated community complex with 24/7 security. Free parking is available. Beautiful gardens surrounds the building, great for a morning walk. The pool is open following the Dos Marinas safety rules. You'll see many boats in and out of the Marina's, specially during weekends (music in the boats can be hear while they pass in front of the apartment). There are some restaurants and bars seeing from the balcony that may have loud music during weekends. It typically ends at a decent time, to not affect the sleeping hours.
Renting a car is recommended. The apartment is located 45 minutes drive from San Juan airport. Having your own transportation is recommended if you want to explore the island and take full advantage of the many activities that are available nearby. Main attractions and places you may be interested are:
Bioluminescent Bay (Laguna Grande) Kayak Tour
Icacos Cay and Palomino Island
Mini Boats Tour - Marina Puerto Chico
El Yunque National Rainforest (online reservations required)
Angelito's Trail, El Yunque (no reservations required)

Hacienda Carabali (horse rides, four tracks, go-karts, etc.)
Balneario La Monserrate (Luquillo Beach)
Balneario Seven Seas (Fajardo Beach)

Renting a car is highly recommended to move around as there is no UBER service in the area.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment nor the balcony. Additional Cleaning fee of $100 will be charge if you don’t follow this rule. Please refrain from booking if you could not follow our rules. Please help us maintain the apartment conditions and the quality of our service for the next time you visit.
Essential Services: The Owner is not responsible for the interruption of essential services such as Tap Water or Electrical Power. There will be NO refunds for such events as they are out of the control of the Owner.
Swimming in waters in front of the condominium is not recommended. Sandy beaches are located in 7 minutes drive from the apartment.
