About this apartment rental
Three bedroom / 2 bath luxury condo, with full glass sliders to a lovely sized balcony where you can sit and relax and take in the magnificent views! Directly across the street from Marina where you can fish, boat or take fun day trips. Ferries to Culebra and Vieques also just minutes away! Food stores and other shopping also very close. The apartment is fully furnished, cozy, ALL NEW. Apartment sleeps six comfortably (3 Queen size bedrooms, each with a flat screen TV), plus two twin rollaway beds available. Air conditioning throughout, free cable and WiFi included. The apartment has all that you need! Modern appliances, plus washer / dryer, and full functioning kitchen. A robust linen closet with bed sheets, bath and beach towels. Sports equipment and games, coolers, beach umbrella, beach bags, beach wagon and six (6) beach chairs. Four (4) flat screen TVs, four (4) cable boxes and one (1) DVD player.

This was our second time staying at Debbie and Joe’s condo. This is a condo catered to fulfill anyone’s needs. Excellent conditions, super clean, very comfortable and makes you feel right at home. Better than the pictures. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

Great people to deal with...extremely clean place, nice views from any window and pretty much anything you need to have a beautiful beach day is included. The area has nice beaches and tours nearby but our favorite were the costal drives we did

This condo was amazing! We stayed here for almost a week and we had the best time. The views are to die for! We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. We were so close to all the amenities. Several of our family members stayed in different condos and this one was by far our favorite! Debbie is so easy to work with and gave us tons of helpful information! We can't wait to go back!

Loved the view, amenities, and owner's immediate response to technology problem (went beyond to resolve TV). To better experience we recommend having at least 2 sets of keys so if a group is staying together then they can do their own activities without worrying about access. The bath towels and face/wash cloth numbers could be better. 1 towel for 5 days inconvenient (yes there is a washer, but I don't go on vacation to do laundry) at least 2 per person. To explain, the cleaning fee should cover doing laundry didn't like that the check out process included us doing to laundry. Overall a positive experience.
