This place was everything we were looking for and MORE!! Communication with the host was smooth and always responded immediately. The apt was very clean and the property is well maintained. The apt had everything we needed and even had beach chairs and umbrella to use. The VIEW!! Loved waking up to this view and having my coffee in the balcony! I met a very nice resident there that has been living there for over 30 years while I washed our clothes in their laundry room and she couldn't stress how happy she was living there. I definitely can see why! My family and I enjoyed this place very much and we felt very safe there. To our host, THANK YOU!! We look forward to staying there again!

We had an excellent time at this cozy condo. The place was very well equipped and both the condo and property was clean and well maintained. My favorite part; the view . It was beautiful, peaceful and serene. Just what we needed to recharge. Plus, the host was very attentive. Would highly recommend to anyone that wishes to disconnect and do some cool tours out of the marina which is walking distance.

Second stay was as great as the first one. I feel this is going to be our rental anytime we visit Fajardo. Highly recommended.
