The building has a laundry room on the ground floor, with washer and dryer. Smart Roku TV, local cable & streaming services in living room, Smart Roku TV with streaming services in bedroom. The condo has a private ocean view balcony and a newly renovated outdoor pool. Most of Trip Advisors water excursions leave from the Villa Marina Yacht Harbour right next door to the condo. Live music can be heard on weekends from the balcony. Newly added ring camera at the front door for added security. Please be aware that Puerto Rico occasionally experiences brief power outages, which are outside of our control. These interruptions typically last only an hour or two. To ensure your comfort, our building is equipped with a generator that provides power to the elevators and hallway lighting.
