    My experience at Trigo Hotel KL was generally okay, but there are a few things worth mentioning. The hotel corridors are quite dimly lit, which gives them a slightly gloomy and eerie atmosphere. Maybe I’m just a little timid, but honestly, I would feel a bit scared staying here alone. One thing that surprised me was that the room didn’t seem to provide basic toiletries or even slippers. I’m not sure if these items are available upon request, as I feel that many hotels nowadays may not provide everything upfront unless guests ask for them. Other than that, my stay was fine. I drove from Pg to KL late on Friday night, so although I booked two nights, I actually only stayed for about a day and a half. Something unexpected happened during checkout today. I realised that I had lost an earring, although I wasn’t sure when or where I had dropped it. I informed the housekeeping staff before leaving, feeling a little disappointed as I prepared to head home. However, while I was waiting in the hotel lobby for my ride, the housekeeping staff quickly came downstairs and found my missing earring for me! This was definitely a big plus point for the hotel. Their prompt response and effort to help recover my lost item left me with a positive impression. Thank you to the housekeeping team for your excellent service

    Prime location with reasonable price. Clean and comfortable, however may improve soundproofing of the room. Earplugs provide though!!

    In the middle of the night, you will be awakened by the roar of motorcycles treating the front of the hotel like a training track, making you feel right in the heart of the Sepang International Circuit, a truly memorable experience that will gently shatter your sweet dreams. The calm only returns around 5:00 AM, and the earplugs provided by the hotel are definitely not an accident. Good luck and enjoy your stay 😊
