This fully furnished, one level and turn-key condo in the premier, gated community of Pelican Marsh in Naples offers 3 bedrooms - one with a King bed and TV, one with two Queen beds and a TV, and one with a Twin trundle bed that sleeps two and a TV. The condo sleeps 8 people! The condo is only available for monthly rentals.
The 3rd bedroom/Office also has desk, rolling office chair and a wireless printer for your use. With 2 full bathrooms featuring a relaxing soaking bathtub, guests can unwind after a day at the beach, golf, tennis or pickleball. The kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking and the dining room has a large table that seats 8 people- a perfect spot to gather family and friends. The Kitchen also has a wonderful DeLonghi Espresso Machine, perfect for fresh roasted coffee. No need for Starbucks. Screened lanai with southern exposure has beautiful views of the lake and wildlife.
There is 1 car attached garage and room for a second car in the driveway. We have 6 beach chairs and two umbrellas for your use. New HVAC, washer/dryer, garage door and window treatments. Fully furnished and very comfortable ground level unit, no stairs.
