Or just enjoy a glass of wine and a good book. The house comes ready for the beach stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach towels, bicycles. Pool & spa heating is an optional add on. Pool & spa heating is an additional $175/ per week. (Or min three days if applicable). Pool heat must be ordered at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Pool heaters only heat when the exterior temperature is above sixty degrees. As a courtesy we attempt to pre-heat the pool to 82 degrees before arrival. Please Note: If the pool heat has not been utilized, it may not be up to full temperature at time of check-in and may need several hours to heat. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Spa heat is heated to a max temperature of 101 degrees.
