We enjoyed our stay. The pool is an added bonus and very clean. The neighborhood is very walkable and convenient. The host is responsive.

Mike was very accommodating to our needs and an excellent communicator. His place was very nice and stocked with everything we would possibly need. The location was great! Right down the street from the beach and tons of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay with Mike again.

The house has a nice open floor plan. Kitchen is spacious and has the basics. Plenty of seating inside and out. Screened lanai in shade all day most of pool in sun. Backyard is like your own private resort. Owner is very very responsive and proactive! Gave us a heads up when we would be first to turn heat on for season.

The home was very clean, well maintained, and very well stocked with all home / kitchen supplies as well as beach accessories! Michael was very responsive too! I have rented many homes in SWFL and I highly recommend this home!
