Welcome to our beautiful vacation rental in the heart of Naples. This spacious and luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is the perfect getaway for families or groups of friends looking to unwind in style and comfort. This property is located just minutes from the beach, shopping and dining, and it's the perfect base for exploring all that Naples has to offer.
The home features 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own comfortable bedding and ample storage space. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a large closet, a Roku TV with all the entertainment you can imagine, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two of the other bedrooms have queen or full size beds.
The living area is bright and open, with plenty of room for everyone to gather and socialize. The open-plan design flows seamlessly into the dining area, which features a large table that seats up to eight people.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including a huge quartz island that seats 6, a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a coffee maker, toaster, and blender for your convenience.
Outside, you'll find a beautiful Naples downtown inspired flower alley with a Weber BBQ and plenty of seating for enjoying an al fresco dining or a cocktail at sunset. The side lot features 2 loungers for relaxing and soaking up the Florida sunshine.
Please note: This house has an ADU (converted garage) on the side of the property.

This is a very nice property, so cute! Very comfortable sofas and plenty of space to spread out for visiting with family, cooking, and spending time together. Excellent location near the beach and restaurants. The beach is not a close walk (though I did walk there one morning, very pleasant, through a park) but it is a very close drive. Highly recommend! I am staying there a second time soon.

The beautiful home was very well maintained and clean. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach. Our large family really enjoyed our stay and would definitely look to book again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, conveniently located, and had everything we needed. The beds are the most comfortable beds I've had at a rental home. We will stay here again if we are back in the area.
