Cameras 1-3 actively record video and audio when motion is detected, camera 4 does not and can be turned off using a switch inside

What a beautiful and clean house! Everything was wonderful during our stay. Location was perfect- close to coffee, stores, church, beach, and just a great neighborhood to walk around in. Downtown was just a drive away for a great little downtown area . The owners answered any questions we had, and it was a very well organized house! We are so happy, we can’t wait to go back! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

We very much enjoyed our time spent in Naples. The weather was sunny and warm so we spent quite a bit of time in the pool. The house was beautiful and pool great as well. House was just the right size for our two week trip. Location was great as well....near golf courses and good restaurants. We had a few questions for Monika regarding how to work the thermostat and the television. Monika answered these and all our other questions promptly and satisfactorily.In summary, I can only say good things about our experience renting this house. The beautiful weather sure did help as well!

What a fantastic home for a stay in Naples. The owners have thought of every amenity and comfort to create a wonderful space for families or 2-3 adult couples. The wide open layout is perfect for hanging out as a group with a thick high quality quartz (or similar) kitchen bar/counter, large dining table, and screened in lounge with beverage center built into another high quality countertop. It’s all feels a lot bigger than the pictures suggest. There are also some indoor games in the garage, and all kinds of ad hoc kitchen tools and small appliances. etc.
The pool area is truly a treat with a swimming space much larger then many other homes in the area I’ve seen. It also includes a built in spa and wading area for any my little ones. Next to the pool is another large outdoor dining space and numerous loungers. Temperatures were great and the host offers pool toys and loungers for added fun.
The wifi was pretty fast and the family room TV was huge. It all runs online vs. a traditional cable subscription so it helps to be familiar with finding Netflix, appletv, etc via TV-installed apps but it’s pretty intuitive.
I had a couple questions upon entering like just finding a switch for this and that and the host was immediately responsive on text or phone and even took care to update me about any scheduled workers that may be tending to the mechanicals outside the property.
While I wouldn’t call it walkable to too much, it’s located 2 blocks from from the main north south road in the area which can take u to downtown (5th Ave) in less then 20 min and several of the nicer shopping/dining complexes in 3-10 min. The beach is only a few min drive away and ubers are easy to come by if ur planning a night out.
All in all it’s just an incredibly comfortable space thoughtfully furnished and appointed for every possible guest need. We had an amazing vacation and will definitely look to rebook next time we are in the area.
