The apartment is in a quiet residential area with a bakery (boulangarie) within 2-3 min walk, and a Carrefour supermarket within 7-8 min walk. The apartment is newly refurbished and the blinds are very good if you like to sleep on a very dark room. The sofa-bed is extremely spacious but the mattress isn't very comfy (good for a child like in our case). The kitchen was well equipped and the coffee machine had some pods. The place offers a secured parking space within the building.

Retrieving the keys is difficult due to the location of the lock. The bed could have better pillows. The apartment is probably an 8, but it is given a 7 for the creepiness of the building itself. The corridor is soulless, painted in a dark brown color. It's dark with timing lights, and no windows. Therefore you arrive in literally a pitch black corridor. Genuinely creepy and gives a very bad first impression, which is unfortunate. It is acknowledged that it's something the host probably can't do much about it. However, I think the score and property should reflect the overall experience of the guest during its stay.

Abitazione molto pulita. Si trova in una via nei pressi di una via di scorrimento, quindi molto comoda, ma molto riservata. Non si sente mai rumore, molto silenziosa. Fondamentalmente il parcheggio privato coperto. Un piccolo problema di incomprensione sulle modalità di chiusura della porta, particolare per uno straniero, è stata prontamente risolta tramite i messaggi con Loriane.

Le logement est charmant, bien meublé, avec tout le confort. Il donne sur de la verdure, sans vis à vis et il est très lumineux. Il ne manque rien pour y séjourner. Je m'y suis sentie comme chez moi. La proximité de l'endroit où je pouvais m'y rendre à pied car il y a aussi le parking couvert qui est un vrai plus.
