Eine traumhafte Lage direkt am Mehr in einer ruhigen Gegend mit riesiger Goldfläche nebenan. Ein grosser gepflegter eigener Garten mit unterschiedlichen blühenden Pflanzen. Ca. sechs Minuten zu Fuß entlang der Küste zu einer windgeschützen (am Vormittag ganz leeren) Bucht. Ein wunderschöner Ausblick von fast allen unzähligen Fenstern der Villa. Alle Fenster sind mit Rolläden (zum Großteil elektrisch betrieben) versehen. Alle Zimmer enthalten eine gut funktionierende leise Klimaanlage, die individuell geregelt werden kann. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit modernsten Geräten, Geschirr und Essensvorräten. Die Einrichtung des Hauses war insgesamt sehr komfortabel. Das Highlight war der große und tiefe Swimmingpool, ca. 26-27 Grad warm.
Nur Kleinigkeiten, wie fehlende Wohndecke / Plaid für Abende oder Garderobenschrank / Ablagemöglichkeit in der Diele.
