Villa La Blanca

The villa was nice, clean, and very spacious. The bedrooms were a good size, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was great and convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay.

On the first night, my son became sick in the middle of the night after using the pool. We later found out the pool is only cleaned twice a month, and there were no visible chlorine tablets or signs that the water was being regularly treated. I can't say for certain this was the cause, but I do wonder if he picked up a bug from the pool. There was no spare bedding available, which made things very difficult when my son was sick during the night. Only one spare toilet roll was provided in each bathroom for our week-long stay. There were no spare bin bags provided, so we had to buy our own. We found a couple of cockroaches in both of the ground-floor bedrooms during our stay, which was disappointing. Overall, we had a good stay, and the villa itself was clean, spacious, and in a great location. However, I think the pool maintenance, pest control, and the provision of basic essentials such as spare bedding, toilet rolls, and bin bags could be improved to make future guests' stays more enjoyable.

Voor ons prima, maar wel veel trappen voor naar de verschillende terrassen te gaan. Voor iemand met hele kleine kinderen die net nog maar lopen is het wel een uitdaging.

Nice villa in Arona which is in the hills meaning way more cloudy than on the coast. All the mod cons you'd expect at this price point. The host from Bookiply was fantastic, very helpful person whenever we had any issues.

Def cloudier the higher you were on most days; there is lots of building work in the villa next door meaning lots of workmen banging most days from 8am, also looking right into the garden/pool area as they were building a garage; the other neighbour has a very barky dog, think out barking some mornings from 5am which is annoying when you are told that there are expectations for you to keep quiet; the downstairs area is completely separate i.e. you cannot access from within the main villa which may work for some but not for us as our kids were not comfortable with that; when it lists air con it actually means one air con unit in the entire villa although they did bring fans for the rooms when we asked which was helpful.
