Location was within a few minutes walking distance to every creature comfort but not a peep of noise from the neighbours. Double pool which were both very warm and well attended by the pool man
Liked absolutely EVERYTHING but if I was FORCED to suggest something for the sake of constructiveness, would prefer a pool table over table tennis

Excellent villa with everything you’ll need for your stay. Great pool, huge space, very clean, great for families. Hosts were great. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent communication and arrangements in advance. Met by the property manager (David) on arrival and given a full tour of the property. The villa is amazing and suited our family of 7 perfectly. Stunning space around the pool and separate large BBQ area with seating and table tennis.
Whole villa was immaculately clean and furnished with everything we needed during our stay.
Awesome place!
The only downside is the villa is directly on the flight path into Tenerife South Airport, however this was a novelty for the younger ones in the group.

Spacious, well appointed, well equipped villa - lots of indoor and outdoor space. 2 pools - main (large) pool heated in winter, smaller pool unheated. Location is walking distance from a selection of bars and restaurants, and a short drive (15 mins) to Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. Air con, wifi, streaming tv etc. Our host, David, was friendly, excellent, responsive and efficient - an issue with the dishwasher was sorted faster than we could have expected. Don't be deterred by the lack of daytime photos in the listing - the outdoor space is one of the highlights of this villa!
Electronic gym equipment not working, and please be mindful of the close proximity to tenerife south airport - meaning there are regular, low-flying aircraft during the daytime - it didn't bother us, as we were expecting it, but it might come to some as an unpleasant surprise to the uninitiated. On the flip side, its a very short drive to/from the airport to the villa, which is a bonus!
