Lola Sunset Place Heated Pool

Es una villa muy buena y con gran calidad. Así como sus propietarios muy amables y atentos. La acogida de la vivienda, sus habitaciones y sus espacios recreativos y vistosos. Así como una cocina y sala de estar especial. .Muchas Gracias por tdo.

Bueno las imagenes de las fotos al reservar sobre la comunidad y piscina muy buena y luego vez que estan abandonadas y piscina en mal estado constructivo. El cuál me rompio la trusa al bañarme. Y no eta cuidada las instalaciones.

The house is fabulous. We were three families (6 adults and 5 teenagers) and there was plenty of space for us all. The sun terrace is wonderful and has a huge table for us all to sit around. The house is immediately beneath the flight path and we enjoyed watching the planes go by. You do get used to the noise. The beds were very comfortable. The shutters on the windows allowed cool air in and was like a blackout blind at night. The kitchen is very well equipped and modern. The two triple rooms have their own doors but are adjoined by a sliding door. It was perfect for us as the kids were in those rooms, but worth noting if you hoped to have more privacy between those two rooms. The location is fabulous. You're amongst quiet golf courses and it's very relaxing and peaceful. We are not interested in noisy resorts with clubs or pubs, so this was excellent. The pools were amazing! There's a colder one and a heated one and plenty of sun loungers- no fighting over sun loungers here. In fact most days the kids had the pools to themselves! It's within walking distance to numerous restaurants and the promenade. You can comfortably walk to the shops and restaurants in San Blas and walk the coastal walk to Los Abrigos. We hired cars but there is a bus stop nearby. Our hosts were excellent at responding to our questions. I would definitely recommend this lovely property.

The house could do with some modernisation. The showers seemed a bit tired and although they were clean, the staining on the tiles makes them look dated and a bit worn. The main shower in the bathroom upstairs was blocked and it was rather unpleasant having to remove gunk from the drain to let the water flow. The couple who were in the upstairs bedroom found it very dusty and we all found it to be quite musty, as if the property hadn't been aired in some time. There wasn't a smell of freshness upon entering. We all found the hot water system very unpredictable- we often had lukewarm or cold showers and there was no hot water in the evenings. However, the hosts did assure us that the solar panel system was new and they would get in the plumber to see about it, so hopefully it's sorted. Whilst it wasn't an issue for us, it's worth noting that although there's parking immediately outside the property, the laneways to the property are incredibly tight. Having said all that, we would definitely recommend the property for it's overall size, facilities, location, the pools, terrace and responsiveness of the hosts. The issues noted above all not major and didn't detract from the enjoyment of the holiday.

he villa is beautifully decorated and incredibly spacious. It was spotless when we arrived, and we were even greeted with a lovely bottle of wine, which was a great touch. Communication with the host was seamless throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

While there is some noise from the nearby airport, we didn't find it problematic.

We had a wonderful stay at Lola Sunset and were genuinely sad to leave! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and stress-free thanks to João’s clear and helpful instructions — the house was very easy to find and accessing the keys was simple. The property itself was fantastic. We especially loved the BBQ area and terrace, and the kitchen and living space were perfect for our family of 11 — spacious, comfortable, and ideal for everyone to sit together around the table. The proximity to the pool was excellent, and while we didn’t use the TVs much, the kids were delighted to have them available. Having multiple bathrooms made a huge difference for a large family stay and added to the overall comfort and convenience. We experienced a couple of minor issues with hot water in some showers, but we figured it out by the end of our stay & it didn’t affect our enjoyment at all. The house is located under the airport flight path, but it honestly wasn’t an issue for us. We even turned it into a fun little game by pausing conversations (or arguments 😅) whenever a plane flew overhead — it gave everyone a good laugh! It also never disturbed the baby’s sleep, which was great. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would happily recommend Lola Sunset to friends and family back home. Thank you for a lovely stay!
