About this villa rental
Completely refurbished and extended (finished Dec 2020) - This stunning 5 bed villa has a 2 bed annex and separate 3 bed apartment. The villa offers spacious, private and very comfortable accommodation along with a large, sparkling pool.
Set behind iron gates, the whole villa is completely safe and private. The huge pool The pool is 10 x 6 meters.
Wrapping around the villa are its extensive and well landscaped gardens. There is a synthetic lawn and BBQ area and a large seating area underneath a pergola should you want some shade. The villa is secluded and private.
The villa benefits from fast wi-fi and a fantastic internet based TV system with 1000s of channels from around the world including all Sky and BT channels.
Accommodation is set out as follows:
5 bed villa:
2 x doubles
3 x twins
3 bedrooms have ensuites.
1 x family bathroom
Huge living area with sofas, tables and chairs, TV and wi-fi.
2 bed annex - adjoined to villa with separate access:
2 twin bedrooms and one bathroom
Large living and kitchen area.
3 bed apartment:
Separate apartment set within the villa grounds
2 x twin bedrooms both with ensuite
1 x double bedroom with ensuite
Living room, fully equipped kitchen with TV (all channels) and wi-fi.
(If the 3 bed apartment is not required this remains locked and not used by anyone. The villa and its grounds will be exclusively yours)
Just a short walk away from the Villa is the main resort centre (San Blas) where you will find nightly entertainment outside the many bars/restaurants. Set around 3 pretty squares there are several bars, shops and restaurants including a good sized HiperDino supermarket for your food shopping.
For golf lovers, Alamos Park is just a few minutes walk away from Golf Del Sur course and a 5 min drive from the wonderful course at Amarilla Golf.
10-15 minutes from Airport, 15 minutes to Los Cristianos and 20 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car).
The villa can be booked as 7 bed (5 bed villa plus 2 bed annex) or 10 bed (5 bed villa, 2 bed annex plus 3 bed apartment).
The price is based on 7 bedrooms (5 bed villa plus 2 bed annex) and there is an extra £550 GBP / 599 Euros per week charge if the separate 3 bedroom apartment is required. This is in addition to the price shown on VRBO and paid separately to the booking. (Note the 3 bed apartment is an optional extra for groups of 14 or less. For groups of 15 or more it is a necessity).

We had the most amazing time celebrating our mum’s 70th birthday. The villa was the perfect place for our whole family to come together and celebrate such a special occasion. The extra space easily met the needs of our group and created a fantastic party room for everyone to enjoy.The pool is divine and was a huge hit with all of us.Any questions we had or extras we needed were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The team also supported us with booking airport transfers, which was an excellent service. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Enjoyed our stay but felt the facilities were lacking . Only 1 broom to clean 2villa and brush the outside area . No hot water in one of the kitchens . Felt the villa needed TLC .

A wonderful stay, the villa is a pure delight and very much served the purpose of our little excursion, this was to celebrate my mothers 70th birthday with family - all had a simply fabulous time, the location of san blas, los Abrigos and the transport links to Los Cristianos/Americas was great.

We had a great week away with our family and extended family. The location is perfect in Golf-del-Sur, a short walk to the restaurants, bars and Hyperdino supermarket. The facilities in the kitchen were great & we had all the utensils/fridge & freezer space we needed. The layout of the villa is quite quirky. The pool area is lovely, gets the sun all day and had ample seating /sun bed space. The property overall is huge, we hired the full property including the 3 bed apartment, it could be absolutely fantastic but is in desperate need of some renovation and just a few more homely touches. There are a lot of broken & knocked around furniture, in one of the rooms the wardrobe had been built incorrectly & wasn’t functional. We are thankful we didn’t have to use the traditional annexe in all honesty as it smelt so strongly of sewage/drains and then we realised there was a manhole cover inside one of the cupboards in the living space. The space would be better used as a communal space/games room, it’s a huge space with so much potential and felt wasted with its current use. The space outside of the 3 bed apartment & barbecue area again could be fantastic but it was poorly lit, dirty & bags of broken glass inside the cupboards. I really do not like to complain at all and despite having quite a few bug bearers on the trip we did make the most of our stay. I think we just felt disappointed as it’s a fantastic property with so much potential & felt sad by how run down it has gotten.
