"Floratere" mit Terrasse
The holiday villa of 250 m², fully furnished, is located on a fenced plot of 600 m² in a small urbanisation.
The sun terrace by the pool is equipped with outdoor furniture, a parasol and several sun loungers, ideal for relaxing. The house offers a sunny space near the sea with views of the Teide. At the front of the house there is a large garden, from which a gate gives access to another adjoining plot of 1300 m². There is ample parking space.
The house has a total of eight bedrooms, four of them with double beds and the others with two single beds or bunk beds. There is also a large fully equipped kitchen with a spacious and bright dining room for shared meals. There is also another dining room overlooking the swimming pool. The four bathrooms have a bath and/or shower, washbasin and toilet. The house also has a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a large satellite TV, as well as a large door leading to the terrace and pool area. Next to the pool there is another flat, separate from the rest of the house, with another double bed.
Within 300 metres there is a restaurant, a public transport stop and a supermarket. The nearest centre is 1,5 km away. The sea and the beach are about 2 km away, where you can enjoy fishing and water sports, among other activities. The airport is 12 km away.
Please note that there may be some disturbance from aircraft noise due to the proximity of the house. IMPORTANT: At least one guest must be over 25 years old. Groups of young people are not allowed.
