The property was easily accessible, there's a little spot in front of the property to temporarily stop the car to load & offload suitcases which we find useful. Plenty of parking, easy to reach both Serravalle outlet & iPer supermarket. The property was newly renovated so it was very comfortable, with comfy bed. Easily fits 4 adults. The balcony was very useful to dry clothes and a self-service laundrette available nearby.
We were there for Serravalle outlet buying trip so it was definitely helpful for being so closed to the outlet.

Fantastic location — just minutes from the Premium Outlet Mall and very easy to get to. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was attentive, always available to help, and quick to answer any questions. All in all, a very pleasant stay!
