Very good starting point for trips to the surroundings. Ideal for comfort family road trip pause.
Nice quite location in residential zone. Very kind host, cold water was ready in the fridge for our late night arrival :) comfort parking space, spacious apartment in older house, well equiped with new kitchen, everything clean, excellent Wi-Fi.
Small problem to use central-european appliance plugs with wide forks.

Comfortable and cozy, felt like home.
It was perfectly equiped, brand new kitchen, great beds. The bathroom was really good too, loads of space in the appartment. Good safe parking. Glittery wall paint which made the place look lovely. Wifi worked excellent, the TV was brand new too and worked really well.
Only got to stay one night.

causa disguido (non dovrebbe ma puo succedere) ci è stato dato un altro appartamento in altra località (Alessandria),diversamente avremmo dovuto aspettare 2 ore per un altro appartamento a Novi.il gestore molto gentile oltre a scusarsi era veramente dispiaciuto per l incoveniente ci ha restituito una parte del prezzo gia pagato,eravamo quasi in centro ad Alessandria e quindi con tutti i servizi possibili raggiungibili a piedi,appartamento decisamente grande con clima e riscaldamento
