The D9 Luxury Suites - Hurghada

The staff were very good and friendly. The pool was very good as its nice and quiet and not too many people or too much noise. A small cafe and shop across the road.

The location is in the corner of a busy road and can be noisy. Finding it with a taxi is not straight forward. The apartment at the top floor is with stairs and has no lift. We also had a blockage in the very hot bathroom that kept on flooding. We also were asked for a damage which was assumed to have been caused by my kids so always check for any damages when checking in.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben drei Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht. Bereits im Vorfeld haben wir hilfreiche Informationen per E-Mail erhalten und wurden bei unserer Ankunft sehr nett empfangen. Das Zimmer ist schön, modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die kleine Anlage mit Pool und den vielen gemütlichen Liegemöglichkeiten. Trotz der Lage an der Hauptstraße war es angenehm ruhig. Wir waren rundum sehr glücklich mit unserem Aufenthalt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Les lieux sont récents et l’endroit est bien placé. La piscine est petite mais elle est pas mal.

Odeur d’égout dans la douche les premiers jours mais c’est passé ensuite. La personne à l’accueil est très serviable mais un peu dépassé je pense car seul. Le petit déjeuner est en fait un sachet de courses avec des œufs du fromage du pain.

The property is new and has some modern conveniences. Bed was comfortable and the layout, albeit small, was adequate.

The apartments are NOT serviced during a stay. We had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper - which we received after a mild complaint against a 1,900EGP cleaning service charge. The location didn’t have an easy to access driveway - we found this challenging for uber rides. The staff are friendly, but not well trained, proactive or that communicative. Limited English. The bathroom was a disaster - shower was really badly designed and flooded the floor with every use.
