Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety of tasty options every day. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thanks to Mr. Fawzy ❤️ at the Tagine Restaurant, who made our dining experience exceptional with his kindness, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. The resort was clean, well-maintained, and offered a great atmosphere for families.
The main disappointment was the beach. It was mostly allocated to other hotels, so the Aqua Blu beach area had a limited sea view and no sandy beach, which affected the overall beach experience. Also, the diving center offered us a very poor deal by charging almost double the normal price for the Aquarium trip tickets. Fortunately, the Aquarium trip itself was excellent and we really enjoyed it, but the pricing from the diving center was unfair.
