Staff was amazing
specially Ahmed seif at the restaurant and Abdelnaser at bar
But overall the staff was very helpful and friendly
And also animation team were very cheerful I loved them
Housekeeping at the room and the idea that I have to take the beach towels from the room and get back with me to the room after I finish was not working with me

Couldn't express my feelings and gratitude for this resort everything is more than perfect; from the reception to the restaurant even the house keeping they truly don't miss even the small details. This is my third time there and I can't wait to be back again. Thank you so much Mr. Mohamed and Ms. Adriana from the reception for all your efforts and the way you treat us with, truly appreciated. Thank you so much Mr. Amr from the restaurant for your care about us and all of the restaurant guys really. Can't wait to meet you all again, so grateful for this hospitality.

Jaz staff is better than santedo staff, especially the beach bar staff
