The hotel was great and staff very friendly . The animation team were amazing specialy Tattoo.Tanya and Olya
The aqua was great my kids love it and also the kids club they waiting for it everyday.
I'll go there again as soon as possible

We stayed at this Hotel for 3 weeks. At the outset it was brilliant although sadly, as time passed by, a large amount of children arrived and the parents chose to ignore them! This wasn't the Hotel's fault of course, but it would have been better if parents had disciplined them more. The staff at the Hotel were excellent and offered the best service possible. Food is edible although repetitiive, but we were in Egypt and as long as you can accept their style of cuisine then it doesn't have to be a problem. Our room was spacious and clean. Continuous transport to the beach which is a walkable distance away. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable time

The food was excellent with high level of service from restaurant staff
The best thing about the hotel is location and greate facilities
