Sunrise Alma Bay Resort

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. We had a big room. Basic equipment but clean.

One area that could be improved is the hygiene of the dishes and glasses. They should be cleaned and checked more carefully to ensure a higher standard of cleanliness and hygiene for guests.

Staff are well trained to welcome and treat the guests . Food varieties and taste are good . Reception staff are very helpful . It was nice when we checked out and the reception gave us lunch boxes to eat in our journey back to Cairo.

The time we stayed in Hurghada was July. It was very hot and difficult to stay in open areas with no air condition

I was very surprised by this hotel's high rating. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and definitely the best part of the stay. However, the rest of the hotel was disappointing. 🙁 The territory is large but poorly equipped, not enough sunbeds, most of which are old and worn out. The outdoor furniture near the lobby bar was also cracked and outdated. Animation team was not visible. The food was mostly cold and not tasty, food covers were broken and difficult to open. The desserts were good. The snack bar service ( Cheif) was extremely slow. The service at the aquapark bar was excellent. The reception staff were very polite and helpful, but that was not enough to improve the overall experience. In my opinion, this is the weakest Sunrise hotel I have stayed in.
