The stuff specially Mr Yasser the director and Mr abd el fatah Shawky ,the tasty food ,the hyagien the clean swimming pool and amazing beach and bar man Ahmad all was amazing highly recommend

Improvement the taste of desert

I was very surprised by this hotel's high rating. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and definitely the best part of the stay. However, the rest of the hotel was disappointing. 🙁 The territory is large but poorly equipped, not enough sunbeds, most of which are old and worn out. The outdoor furniture near the lobby bar was also cracked and outdated. Animation team was not visible. The food was mostly cold and not tasty, food covers were broken and difficult to open. The desserts were good. The snack bar service ( Cheif) was extremely slow. The service at the aquapark bar was excellent. The reception staff were very polite and helpful, but that was not enough to improve the overall experience. In my opinion, this is the weakest Sunrise hotel I have stayed in.
