Von außen ist nicht zu vermuten, dass ein komfortables, gut ausgestattetes Apartment auf den Gast wartet. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig in Größe und Einrichtung und alles ist sehr sauber und angenehm.
Ich kann nichts aussetzen.

Apartamento praticamente novo, com 2 smarttv gigantes, bom equipamento na cozinha, disponibilização de detergente e amaciador para máquina de lavar roupa. Muita disponibilidade de toalhas, roupa de came e produtos de higiene pessoal. Senhor que nos recebeu muito atencioso e prestável, respondia rapidamente às mensagens quando surgia alguma dúvida. Localização próxima da estação ferroviária de Mestre, que permitiu fácil chegada á cidade de comboio e comunicação rápida com Veneza também por comboio.
Rua exterior não parecia ter muito bom aspecto. O AC não refrescava bem. Estore de um dos quartos funcionava mal. Necessidade de pagar taxa turística de 4€/noite/pessoa, incluindo crianças.

Questa struttura è una vera chicca: arredamento nuovissimo, pulizia impeccabile e un letto super comodo in cui ho riposato benissimo. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è imbattibile per quello che offre. La posizione a Mestre è centralissima e strategica per spostarsi.
L'unica nota dolente è il contesto del quartiere. Nonostante la comodità della posizione, la zona circostante non mi ha trasmesso un grande senso di sicurezza camminando per strada. Ci tengo a precisare che questo non è assolutamente colpa della struttura, ma è giusto saperlo.
