Ottima accoglienza, nonostante problemi personali dell host, veramente gentile e disponibile. Appartamento super in una posizione OTTIMA. Fermata del bus per Venezia sotto casa e vicinanza al centro storico di Mestre per chi non vuole mangiare a Venezia e tornare a riposarsi presto. Aria condizionata e tanto spazio per 4 persone, con tutti i comfort di casa propria, dalla lavatrice al microonde

Della sistemazione nulla,anzi tutto ok,purtroppo è il servizio di ATCV, che lascia a desiderare nei festivi, pochi bus e tutti pieni zeppi, peggio della Metro di Milano alle 8 della mattina con il gran flusso dei lavoratori di Venezia e dei turisti sarebbe opportuno prevedere più mezzi

The location is perfect, 15 minutes to reach Venice by bus that stops 1 min walk from the building. Shops, bakeries, cafés, pizzerias, snack bars are all within 2-5 minutes walk.

The apartment is excellent in every sense. The furniture in the apartment is fantastic (antique). The beds are very comfortable, both in the bedroom and in the children's room where they have 2 separate beds. Air conditioners are installed in both rooms. WI-FI is excellent with a "mobile pock" so you can be connected the entire time you stay and outside the apartment. The kitchen has everything you need for a family of four. From the kitchen there is an exit to the outdoor terrace where you can have morning and afternoon coffee, and in the evening a drink. The landlady is hospitable, entering the apartment and collecting the keys was very easy, they explained everything to us immediately upon arrival + they speak English. As for the location, the apartment is located in the center. The building is on the main street, but the building is positioned so that there is no noise. There is a bus stop that leads directly to Venice a 2-minute walk away, so you can be at Piazza Roma in about 15 minutes. The bus ticket is purchased on the bus with a bank card. Across the street is a mini market with basic necessities. If you want to visit Venizia, this apartment is a fantastic place to stay. The only thing I would mention, which is not in a negative context, is that I would not recommend the apartment to a family with small children. The furniture is valuable and the racks have a lot of glass and glass figures. I would just make sure the kids didn't accidentally break something. That would not be good for either the guest or the landlady.
