I made an excellent choice when I booked this apartment.

The apartment is excellent in every sense. The furniture in the apartment is fantastic (antique). The beds are very comfortable, both in the bedroom and in the children's room where they have 2 separate beds. Air conditioners are installed in both rooms. WI-FI is excellent with a "mobile pock" so you can be connected the entire time you stay and outside the apartment. The kitchen has everything you need for a family of four. From the kitchen there is an exit to the outdoor terrace where you can have morning and afternoon coffee, and in the evening a drink. The landlady is hospitable, entering the apartment and collecting the keys was very easy, they explained everything to us immediately upon arrival + they speak English. As for the location, the apartment is located in the center. The building is on the main street, but the building is positioned so that there is no noise. There is a bus stop that leads directly to Venice a 2-minute walk away, so you can be at Piazza Roma in about 15 minutes. The bus ticket is purchased on the bus with a bank card. Across the street is a mini market with basic necessities. If you want to visit Venizia, this apartment is a fantastic place to stay. The only thing I would mention, which is not in a negative context, is that I would not recommend the apartment to a family with small children. The furniture is valuable and the racks have a lot of glass and glass figures. I would just make sure the kids didn't accidentally break something. That would not be good for either the guest or the landlady.

Fantastic Stay in Mestre

We had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment! The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The secure parking was a great convenience, and the location was ideal – just a short walk to the bus stop, which made getting to Venice quick and easy (only about 10 minutes). The combination of comfort, convenience, and proximity to Venice makes this apartment a perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Low stress way to visit Venice

Location was great. bars, snack bars, shops in a nice neighbourhood, very chill compared to Venice centre. having been to Venice before I knew I didn’t want to tackle luggage and a toddler on the islands so this was a fantastic mainland choice. bus right outside, train station only a few mins walk. plenty of space inside nicely decorated apartment would highly recommend here. owner was very helpful and communicative. save yourself the hassle and stay here.

Everything was perfect and our 3 kids loved this place. Going back to the apartment was for them the best part of the day. It was very difficult to get them out of it as well :)) Hosts are super friendly and are fully available for all your questions and needs. And the value for the quality is superb!! I highly recommend it to everyone, but especially to families with kids. If you want your kids kids to experience something unique - this is the perfect place:)

The apartment is very comfortable. You can use the large patio with a table for dinner on a warm evening. Good location. Bus stop near the apartment. 10 minutes and you are in Venice. My family felt right at home here.

Great host! Friendly and very helpful! Location close to bus stop. Walking distanse to train station and Mestre centro.Quiet location. Very spacious appartement. Elegantly furnished, vintage style.

Lack of air-conditioning. According to the host, AC will be installed very soon. With mid-summer heat the windows need to be open at night, resulting in a few mosquito bites. Very well equipped kitchen, but could need some kitchen ware upgrades to appear fresh

great thanks for having the mobile router in the apartments. It is very helpful to take router with you and use navigation, public transportation schedules and travel guides during the visit to Vince with no additional fee for mobile internet traffic for foreign travelers. Great!

Very good location, close to bus stop / 50 m from house / tam stop, railway station, supermarkets.The kitchen is equipped with plates, glasses, pots, in all. I think that the bathroom would have a lot more hangers and shelf to put cosmetics. The top of the handbasin is not enough.

Authentic Venetian Apartment

A wonderful place to stay that felt like you were living in a family home. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is spacious. The bedroom with its Venetian glass chandelier is a treat. Quick and helpful responses from our hosts. The apartment was quiet and cool. Supermarket, take-away and lovely restaurants close by. Few tourists mainly local people in the surrounding area. We loved it and never missed not being in Venice.

The apartment is in Mestre - we did not miss staying in Venice, it was an easy 10minute bus ride to Venice and transport was available whenever we needed day and night.

Ubicación y Anfitriones de lujo

La ubicación es excelente con una parada de bus a 2 minutos de la casa, con transporte a Venecia en 15 minutos. Una panadería justo enfrente para comprar pan y delicias venecianas recién hechas cada día. Una auténtica maravilla.

Hay mucha población extranjera y musulmana, quizás de noche, o a horas oscuras puedes tener la sensación de inseguridad
