It’s a lovely guesthouse with comfortable shared kitchen and two bathroom. We booked two separate bedrooms, so we kinda had our private bathroom. Rooms are spacious and clean, had everything I needed, including a desk and WiFi cuz I had to work. Hosts are super helpful and friendly♥️ They will answer all the questions, show around and help with ordering a boda-boda (local moto taxi). We ordered Zanzibar seafood dinner prepared by the owners on the first night, delicious! They also offer airport transfer and local tours! Very convenient and prices are good, we had a trip to Stone Town and Sunset beach. They speak English and Russian. It’s about 10 min walk to the beach. Place is very quiet and green. There is a big clean pool with no people, perfect for my taste. From my window I could see sunrise every day and sunset from the roof. Loved it. There are also 4 pretty cats on the territory :) and security 24/7. It’s a perfect option if you come with friends or big family and rent all 4 rooms, then you have the whole second floor with kitchen and terrace for yourself. Great value for the money you pay.

Большое спасибо хозяевам виллы, очень уютные чистые комнаты, большие кровати и кухня где можно приготовить самим. Современные ванные с душем и новой сантехникой. Много полотенец. Прекрасный прием , быстрое расселение несмотря на то ,что приехали раньше времени заселения. Территория охраняется. Хорошее местоположение 8 минут до моря, также можно искупаться в большом бассейне расположенном на территории виллы, если лень идти на пляж. Территория большая и зеленая. Можно попросить хозяев приготовить завтрак или морепродукты на ужин. Хозяйка была очень внимательная и подсказала куда на пляж можно пойти, а также что интересного можно увидеть на Занзибаре. Разговаривает на русском и английском языках. Спасибо за радушный прием и незабываемые впечатления! Приедем еще с друзьями. Есть возможность снять всю виллу с бассейном.
