Villa Mina beachhouse

The location is fantastic, right on the beach. This part of Jambiani is very quiet, with hardly any beach boys. It is a very beautiful beach. There are restaurants near the accommodation. Transport is also easy to find. The staff is friendly. The room is spacious, comfortable, and tidy, with a private terrace, sunbeds, and a beautiful sea view. The breakfast is extensive and also has a sea view. Very good value for money. I recommend.

Wifi unstable and slow. Problems with water in the bathroom and toilet. No mosquito net. Slept poorly because a mosquito buzzed around me all night and I was afraid of getting bitten. Windows also do not close completely, so you can hear the wind. No pool in the hotel. The pool is in an other location a couple of minutes from the accomodation. But I didn't mind, as you have the sea.

Jestem pod wrazeniem wszystkiego- obiekt i wlascicielka oraz personel znacznie przewyzszyli moje oczekiwania. Doznalam niezywklej goscinnosci, otwartosci, a jednoczesnie ofromnej swobody. Pieknie usytowany obiekt nad samym oceanem, spokojny, bardzo bezpieczny i dodatkowo czysty z obsluga, ktora daj poczucie jakiejkolwiek pomocy, bez narzucania sie. Wszystko o co prosilam- transfery, sugestie a propos restauracji oraz wszelka pomoc po prostu zostaly spelnione perfekcyjnie.

Przede wszystkim goscinnosc wszystkich, ktorzy pracuja w Villa Mina wraz z niesamowita wlascicielka oraz usutowanie obiketu nad samym brzegiem oceanu. Z pokoju po kilku krokach mozna sie juz znalezc i plywac w oceanie o ktorejkolwiek porze (polecam o wschodzie slonca) a z pokojow roztacza sie widok na ocean oczywiscie ktory dlugo bede wspominac. Zalaczam zdjecia widoku z okna pokoju i sali sniadaniowej.

Spacy room, location, sea view is wonderful and the staff is warmthful (we spent a good time around the fire for Christmas, they borrowed us their phone for a call, they told us about a concert and a boat race nearby)

- we were first told that our booking was not confirmed - not enough debite in the shower, and it is hard to remove the remaining sand on your body. In the beginning we say dont worry since it arrived at Christmas day but we asked several times to solve it and the day after someone enters in our bathroom and says OK it is solved but it was not what we expected... We got tired, we did not not ask for à fourth time to solve the problem. - My shoes disappeared in the common place - no handsoap, which is basic - no clean of the room during the 2 days we spent here and no change of towels... when you are by the sea the room can get quite dirty easily because of the sand - towels had yellow or brown stains but even it is cleaned and smells good we could not use it - no mosquito net whereas we had one in all the other hotels we went in in Tanzania and Zanzibar - no free wifi in the hotel and 4g connexion is very bad, you can not even see a YouTube video of 1 min - no air conditionning but the fan was ok
