Fun Beach Hotel

When it comes to the breakfast, unfortunately this was probably the weakest part of our stay. If you are only staying for a night or two, the breakfast may be perfectly sufficient, but we stayed for 7 nights and found the selection to be exactly the same every morning. There was very little variety, which became quite repetitive after a few days. We also expected some more traditional breakfast options, such as bacon or sausages, but these were not offered. The only meat option was processed Vienna, which was mixed in with vegetables such as pumpkin. Personally, I didn't find the presentation particularly appealing. There were plenty of vegetable options, which is great for those who enjoy that, but for us it felt like there was too much emphasis on vegetables and not enough of what we would normally expect from a breakfast. I do think the hotel could improve quite a lot in this area. Even a little more variety from one day to the next, together with some additional meat and traditional breakfast options, would make a big difference — especially for guests staying for several nights. The location was perfect for us, situated nicely between Paje and Jambiani. We really enjoyed being able to travel between the two areas and explore both. It gave us a good balance and made it easy to visit different beaches, restaurants and places along the way. We definitely enjoyed the location of the hotel. The room was perfect for our stay — lovely, private and very clean. The only suggestion I would make is to add a small fridge and a kettle with some coffee/tea options. We bought a few drinks but had nowhere to keep them cold, so we had to regularly ask for glasses with ice. Apart from that, we really enjoyed the room and had no complaints. We really enjoyed our stay. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and always made sure we were comfortable and well looked after.

Unfortunately, breakfast was a disappointment for us. After staying for 7 nights, having the same selection every morning became very repetitive. The hotel is a beautiful spot.....all that is needed in there.

I like the friendliness of the staff and the ease of getting a driver into town and arranging the excursions.

They should get a waffle maker and add more options to breakfast. At first I was surprised there wasn't any phones to the reception desk or no TV's but that added to the enjoyment of relaxing and staying outdoors.

The swimming pools were excellent, and the location was great.

The birds pooping in our private pool! Our room looked beautiful, but the big tree outside meant there were many birds nesting in it & constantly pooping in our pool which meant we could never use it.
