I had a wonderful stay at Tamu House . The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the location was perfect—just a short walk from the beach. I really felt at home and would definitely stay here again.

The location was great. It’s also good value for money. The WiFi was just a bit down as Tanzania had an internet shutdown. I had the budget room which had both the aircon and fan. This is not the standard across Zanzibar.
I think, the budget bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.
