The location was lovely and for the price I dont have something to say for the place thanks

The services or to be specific the workers first at able valentina i belive was her name verry poor communication with the rest of the staff and the customer they ask to pay x amount of money for a service like check in early and then that change in not notify to the rest of the team so we arrive and our rooms was ready so the cleaner without knowing that we were coming early have to rush the clean of the room but it wasn't her fault but just keep in eye in those small things that can avoid bigger issues

Shower didn’t work upstairs but the cleaner made it better

The room was comfortable enough. The host responded to messages as soon as possible.

There was no hot water in the bathroom on my floor and I had to go to another floor to shower. The door lock wasn’t working so slept first night that way, however thankfully they came to fix it and it worked before I left. The fixer opened the door without knocking the first time🤦‍♀️but thankfully I was just sleeping. No wardrobe or hanger. Told I can’t access the kitchen. Asked for iron and was told it would be brought over but never came through. Struggled to find parking and eventually googled parking around and drove to a parking lot for overnight pay and park.
