We had a wonderful time in the Blue House. Its location, just across the road from the path down to the beach, was fantastic. There's also a great cafe opposite - very handy if you want a coffee or lunch out. The walk down the hill into town is very easy and means you're close to all the things you might need or want (Morrisons daily, a co-op, all the gift shops, a gem shop, pubs and cafes of Cromer). The bus stop is right outside of the property itself so it's really easy to get around without needing a car if you want to. We took the Coast-hopper along to Sheringham for a swim at the pool there (the bus stops right outside of the pool) and then walked into town to take the steam train along to Holt (expensive but we felt it was worth it). We also enjoyed a walk along the coast to Cromer Lighthouse (Great little park and a boat pond on route, as well as a zip-wire further along just before the Lighthouse). The house was a great size for us - family of four plus family of two. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and we enjoyed meals around the large dining room table as well as outside in the garden. The master bedroom has a lovely little seating area with views out to the sea which we particularly enjoyed. The overall standard of the house was fantastic - it felt really clean, spacious and light. We had a wonderful break and would love to come back again.

The children felt that the bunk bed wobbled too much for their liking so neither of them wanted to sleep on the top bunk. Luckily the room was big enough to put the mattress on the floor in the room and that worked fine.
